Job Description

  • Build and grow channel partner relationships, including evaluating and recruiting new partners, discussing commercial agreements, and driving joint success.
  • Cultivate relationships with current channel partners, influence their strategic direction, and grow mindshare with their customer-facing teams.
  • Own relationships with partners and maintain C-level sponsors to facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs), joint executive alignment, and overall leadership engagement;
  • Host webinars, workshops, and Trainings with channel partners to help them succeed and reach their full potential.
  • Work cross-functionally while developing deep product expertise to collect and synthesize meaningful feedback to inform product roadmap strategy.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships, including establishing an ongoing cadence of channel partner communication and outreach, and addressing business and operational issues
  • Responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of channel partners.
  • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct teams
  • Ensures partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements
  • Participate in a partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives,financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • oordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
  • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
  • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
  • Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
  • Onboarded a sizable number of channel sales partners in three months
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners while establishing a good rapport with partners to strengthen partner alliances
  • Coordinates with other company teams to deliver adequate partner training for business and technical skills.
  • Advertise and communicate seasonal offers and strategize plans to all partners

Qualifications

  • 6 - 10 years of work experience
  • Establish productive and personal relationships with various partners like Integration partners,Regional Distributors, License resellers, Referral Partners and Consultants, etc.
  • Seasoned track record of growing channel partnerships and establishing Partner Commission Programs in a large-scale environment Experience operating autonomously and laying the foundation for Partner Training programs, evaluation activities, and Onboarding process.
  • Crafting and Implementing strategies to achieve targets and goals. Ability to handle and structure Legal, Training, and Sales materials for partners.
  • Professional experience in driving and managing sell-with and sell-through partnerships across all stages of product development. Drive revenue through effective and mature product scaling.
  • Competence to drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
  • Comprehensive and meticulous attention to detail and information.
  • Skilled at partner development, with an ability to meet or exceed objectives
  • Manage partners by fostering excellent communication with the ability to analyze issues and resolve conflicts.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
  • Good business acumen foresight in managing forecasts and targets
  • High standards of communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter, motivated and a team player with the ability to drive through under pressure
