- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with clients through proactive communication and timely response to needs;
- Work in a consultative manner with customers, sales, customer services and systems engineering to scope and deliver the best possible solutions.
- Run requirements and scoping workshops with the customer, delivery partners and sales.
- Setting timelines for deliverables and taking responsibility for project milestone delivery
- Defining and managing priorities against the available capacity of team members
- Cross Checking all proposals and keeping track of the final requirement document
- Making sure of inventory supply prior to execution
- Work closely with a Senior Leadership team of Technology and Operations to drive solutions from a business capability, operations, and process standpoint.
- Resolve on-site issues with diligence
- Manage Client relations.
- Have a solution-based approach for every client
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the customers.
- Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick-off, ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope, and mitigate risks.
- Work closely with departments of other agencies whenever necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Good knowledge of MS excel, word, powerpoint, and google doc’s
- Good communication, interpersonal & people management skills.
- Hindi speaking ability is must
- Ready to travel client's place
- Be able to work with speed and accuracy and be able to multi-task
- Should possess prioritizing and organizing skills
- Should be proficient or should have experience in Tech Support
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) in English communication with both Domestic and international clients
- Previous skills and experience managing specialist subcontractors, contractors, and consultants to deliver successful projects.
- Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency
- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI and industrial automation devices is a plus
